Mobility Vision highlights the benefits of moving from a paper based service to a digital strategy that focus on user-centered design principles. The images show the main functionalities of the app and the several benefits it would bring to different business groups and to the end customer. Personas, Customer Journeys and Service Blue Prints were developed to inform the project team and clarify service processes and interactions.
